Payment and cancellation terms:
A deposit of 50% of the total reservation value is required upon booking by bank transfer or card.
For reservations made at short notice (less than 10 days) before arrival, the full amount must be paid in advance (100%).
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full or can be used for another available date.
In all other cases of cancellation and no-show, the deposit is not refunded.
Other:
A deposit of €300 is required.
Smoking is not allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside the house.
By paying the deposit for the reservation, the guest accepts the “Cancellation Terms”.

- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 50% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 30 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 300,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
